The ownership rights in AI-generated content are extremely unclear at the moment, and you should assume that you will not own any rights in the content that you create with the generative AI tool. This means that anyone else could create or use the same content that you have created with the AI tool.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generative AI tool and the AI-generated content comply with the applicable laws and do not breach anyone else’s rights. This means that you must have the right to use any text and/or materials you upload on the generative AI tool, and you must not use the generative AI tool to create any text or materials that breaches the applicable laws or someone else’s rights.
The generative AI tool is based on Stability AI’s foundation model and your use of the generative AI tool is subject to their additional licence terms and usage restrictions and you must comply with these. You are not allowed to use the survey tool to request or collect names, addresses, telephone / mobile numbers, email addresses, online identifiers, usernames, or any other personal information from the end-users. Personal information means any information that can be used to identify a specific individual either directly (i.e. from the information itself) or indirectly (i.e. by combining the information with other information).
You can still use the survey tool to direct the end-users to your website after the end-user has completed the survey.
